This is an offering I am very excited to share with you. It is a combination of some very powerful healing modalities – Reiki energy, cacao ceremony, pranayama, and a guided manifestation meditation – to help you realise a goal that you have in your life. Before you arrive, I will ask you to prepare your goal and delve deeper into the reasons why you want this to manifest in your life. This will help you to become clear on your intention, which makes the session all the more powerful. We will begin by opening sacred space in ceremony and drinking the ceremonial cacao that I have carefully prepared with intention for you. As the cacao moves through your system, I will guide you through a pranayama or breath meditation technique, suitable for beginners. In sanskrit, 'prana' means 'life force' or 'breath', and 'ayama' means 'to extend'. This will help bring you into the present moment and drop you out of your mind and into your body. You will then lay down on the healing table as I guide you through a manifestation meditation while giving you a beautiful Reiki healing, balancing and clearing each of your seven chakras, or energy centres. This powerful meditation enables you to connect with the quantum field, expand your awareness, and call in the new reality that awaits you. This session can be done for any type of goal, whether professional or personal. It can also be done if you just feel the need to reset your nervous system and receive some energy healing in a safe and sacred container, with the support of the heart-opening and uplifting benefits of ceremonial cacao.
